Overview

Exceptional durability, energy efficiency, strength, quiet operation Three-layer insulated steel construction (steel + insulation + steel). Two insulation options: Intellicore® or polystyrene which provides year-round comfort, improved energy efficiency, while keeping the heat out of your garage. Panel designs to choose from: Elegant Long, Elegant Short or Flush, with optional windows and several factory finishes including solid paint colors or Ultra-Grain stained wood look.

Rust-Prevention System—steel skins are protected through a tough, layered coating system, including a hot-dipped galvanized layer, a protective metal oxide pre-treatment and a baked-on primer and top coat.

2" thick expanded polystyrene insulation bonded to exterior and interior steel skins helps make these doors extremely strong while providing an R-value of 9.0 for energy efficiency and comfort.
Patented Safe-T-Bracket ® cannot, under normal circumstances, be removed while door is under tension.
Aluminum bottom weather seal retainer system is the highest-quality rust-proof design to effectively seal out the elements.
Weather-tight tongue-and groove joint helps seal out wind, rain and snow.
Galvanized steel hinges are durable, reliable and secure.
Nylon rollers are smooth and quiet.
Top quality nylon rollers provide durability and quiet operation.
White finish painted galvanized end stiles for finished interior.
Step plates, inside and outside, make door easy and safe to close.

Ultra-Grain Paint Options

Painted steel surface simulates a real stained door without the need of staining and the ongoing maintenance of wood.
Woodgrain runs horizontal on stiles and vertical on panels for an authentic, natural look.
Available in Medium or Cherry finishes that complement Clopay Entry Doors, shutters and other exterior stained wood products.
Exterior steel surface on an Ultra-Grain® painted door has a stucco texture to create a more natural woodgrain appearance.
Ultra-Grain is not available on flush panel doors.
